Screen Printing Options
We have two automatic and one manual press in our warehouse and our experienced and capable staff is always ready to meet all of your screen printing needs.
We offer a wide variety of T-shirt brands with multiple color selections. Come by and let us help you.
We can print up to six colors per imprint location. Also, keep in mind that when printing a light colored ink on a dark colored shirt, a base will be required. A base is a solid patch of white that is put down first to provide a pure surface for the other colors to later be placed on top of. While we can only print six actual colors, there are several artwork techniques to increase the number of perceived colors in a print. Just ask our creative team about how to make the most out of your design.
Your brand dosent have to be isolated to the corner of the back of your shirt. We can design elements to print on
+ Full Front
+ Left or Right Chest
+ Left or Right Sleeve
+ Full Back
+ Back Yoke
+ Left or Right Leg.
Pricing for screen printing is determined by several factors. The quantity of your total product run, the number of locations to be printed and the number of colors in the design all combine to determine the final price.
We print with plastisol inks. Plastisol is the most common ink used in commercial garment decoration. It maintains good color opacity on dark garments and is able to keep graphic details sharp. As the name suggests, it has a plastic base, which makes it stand the test of time and multiple washes without fading or loosing quality.

The standard size for art on the front of a hat is 2 inches wide by the proportionate height.
The standard size for left chest art is 3.5 -4 inches wide by the proportionate height.
Lettering is the biggest challenge in embroidery. Because we’re using needles and threads, letters must be no smaller than ¼ inch high. If you text is any smaller than this, the holes and shapes that make up the letters can start to close making the text look messy or even unreadable. If your logo has text that is smaller than this don’t panic! Let us have a look and we can generally find a way around it.
3D puff embroidery uses and underlying foam material, which raises the design up allowing for a three-dimensional effect. By using foam with varying color and widths, it allows us to stitch with varying stitch colors and materials. Large round or block shaped lettering works very well with 3D puff machine embroidery Heavier materials, such as bags and hats, which are washed less often, are best for this method.
Embroidery orders are charged by stitch count. The more complex your logo is, the higher the stitch count.
